Your photos and PDF stay in your browser. Here is exactly what TuckPDF does—and what the optional statistics contain.

Document processing

Selected photos are read and processed in the browser’s memory. They are not sent to TuckPDF’s server, saved in a database, or stored by this app in browser storage. Your originals remain unchanged. The PDF is saved only when you choose to download it. Closing or reloading the page discards this workspace.

Optional usage and error counts

Statistics are off until you allow them. If you opt in, the app sends fixed categories: actions such as adding photos, rotating a page, creating a PDF, opening a preview, and starting a download; broad page-count, target-size, duration, and viewport-size buckets; the app release; and predefined error categories. We never include filenames, photos, document text, raw error messages, stack traces, or document metadata.

There are no visitor identifiers, session replay, advertising trackers, or analytics cookies. Counts cannot establish unique users or connect someone’s actions into a personal history. You can change your choice using Usage preferences. Withdrawing permission stops future requests; already combined anonymous counts cannot be attributed to you and removed individually.

Preferences on this device

A single local-storage preference remembers whether anonymous statistics are allowed. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals override permission and keep optional statistics off. Blocking browser storage may mean the app cannot remember your choice; it will not assume permission.

Feature suggestions

If you deliberately send a feature suggestion, only the category you select is counted. This works independently of the usage-statistics setting. There is no free-text field or request for an email address. Votes are approximate, and repeated or automated votes may be counted.

Hosting and retention

Cloudflare serves the website and processes requests to the statistics endpoints. Like any web host, it handles network information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the service. TuckPDF’s application database stores only daily combined counters, not IP addresses, user-agent strings, or individual event records. No third-party analytics script is loaded.

Reports cover up to 90 days. Old counters are removed on subsequent statistics requests or when a report is run; an idle installation may retain old counters until that cleanup runs. Cloudflare’s platform logs and infrastructure are governed by its own policies.

Access to reports

Reports are available only through the owner’s authorized Cloudflare account. Authorized development tools may read those combined counts to improve the app. There is no public analytics dashboard or public database-reading endpoint.

Before submitting important paperwork

Compression changes image representation and can reduce clarity. Inspect every page and follow the receiving institution’s instructions. TuckPDF does not determine eligibility, file applications, or guarantee acceptance.
